there are bros on the board who run long cycles, and even a smaller number who advocate them. personally, i like 12 weeks on, 12 weeks off, or something within a similar timeframe. it lets my hpta recover and function naturally. id be afraid of screwing up my hormones permanently running such a long cycle. but thats just me. im sure you'll hear conflicting opinions on this.

I don't know if I would want to run EQ for 8 months, but I don't see any problems with running small doses of test for long periods of time...depends on your goals really.

That's unfounded. Just as, if not more, likely that AR are upregulated in response to supraphysiological amounts of AAS. For what duration, it isn't known. Eight months is a long time, but many have been on test for much longer than that and still keep gaining.

I would think that caution is the better part of valor with gear. Especially since you aren't hell bent on it one way or the other. Time off to make sure your body stays at an even keel makes sense. But I can definitely see the side that wants to stay on all the time.
