Do they really satisfy are research needs?

I know for research purposes we can get almost every powder available (e.g. testosterone all esters, trenbolone, clenbuterol, femera)
yet are research needs aren't statisfied seeing that some real popular medicines aren't available ---> Or are they?

Anyone ever came across one of these (for research purposes!):

Just curious one how the world supplies are scientific needs
