It's idiotic in nature to do such a thing. Your workouts should only be long enough to have you drinking water. Repair materials do not need to be introduced until the repair is to begin. Creating a spike while working out leads to lethargy, and also "jips" you out of the good spike pwo that you want. Berardi, Bacardi, Hennessey, whatever, has a lot of left field tactics, most of which are driven by sales of supplements.
