first cycle, 21yrs old, 9 % bf, 175lbs, 5"6, 3yrs training.

wks 1-10 Test Enanthate @ 500mg/wk
wks 1-4 D-bol @ 30mg ed.
wks 1- end of PCT 20mg nolvadex ed.

pct starting 2 weeks after last test shot.
day 1- clomid @ 300mg / 20mg nolva
day 2-11 clomid @ 100mg / 20 mg nolva
day 12-21 clomid @ 50mg / 20 mg nolva

milk thistle, ALA throughout cycle..as well as multi vits. etc etc.

im ready to EXPLODE!

Sure...or you can run 10 mgs all the way through if you have no signs of gyno.Then up the dose to 20 mgs at pct.
