Can someone give me an example of some split workouts. I mean I've read that it's best to train Chest and shoulders together, biceps & triceps, etc. Thanks This forum is the bomb.

I believe that it all depends on the person, different people react to different training splits. Some people might do Chest and Triceps, Chest and shoulders or Chest and Biceps. I personally work one body part out each day, and do Biceps and triceps together, I feel that I can get a better pump on my tri's when I do this.
Just experiment.
