This crap is killing me! I can't hold either of my arms up above my head without them both feeling like i did a 2 hour shoulder workout. It's really effecting my lifts, especially in my left bicep since its all connected. I don't know what to do, I'm a hard gainer and if i take too much time off ill loose the little ive gained over the past year...how long do you think it will take to heal? Can I still train with it and still have it heal?
