My wife wants to start a program and wants to run some supplements during this. I for the love of GOD have no idea what to suggest to her!![]()
She is about 5'7 and around 124 (and thats putting it up there quite high in my opinion). She is one of those few that is blessed with super metabolism, so getting fat has never been a problem for her. She really wants to add some definition and "harden" up as she calls it. Any suggestions? What supplements are good for a girl to use?
