I took my test shot yesterday 250mg's (1 ml) in my delt. Today it feels like I got hit in the shoulder with a sledge hammer. Usually tight after the shot but never this bad.

Any thoughts?

Mex gear does that.Also it does depend on the angle you hit the muscle.If you hit to close to the outer tissue,it tends to hurt much more.I hit my delts from all angles,and I know where I'll be sore the next day,and where I won't.

Yes..you're checking to see if you hit a vein.Just bubles come up,and your good to go.It has absolutly nothing to do with muscle soreness.

I'm running QV test E. I'm not the most felxible person and had thoughts that maybe the muscle was contracted a bit too much at injection time. It was my right side and I'm not left handed so....... Still feels like a bruise but it has subsided substantially today. Kind of discourages me from wanting to do a delt injection again however I didn't have the same problems on the left side where I injected just EQ.
