Soreness comes with the territory.
Soreness is from taxing your muscles. You will have soreness regardless of what you take. Some say that creatine will help.
Rest
Y wud u want to reduce the soreness, its the best bit, wakin up in the mornin unable to get out of bed without feelin ridiculous pain from some part of ur body, and thinkin, **** that was a gd workout, i f***in love it!! Glutamine is ur best bet 4 recovery.

I'd personally say cardio.
It will help to shuttle alot of the lactic acid out of the muscles and speed up the recovery process.
At least that is what I have come to realize from experience.
