Need reply right away about gyno

sup guys im on 500mg of cyp/400eq a week,5th week,yestrday i noticed pain in my nipple and it feel like i could feel a lump underneath and it does hurt, i could tell its starting to develop gyno, im talking novalax at 50-100mg a day right now to stop this. wat can u bros tell me is the best thing to do right now?

Keep running the nolva until the symptoms subside....... 80mg ED should be plety though....... after the symptoms get better drop the nolva to 20mg ED until the end of PCT.
