clen and mcg?

for those of you that are metric gifted could you please tell me how many mcg's are in a mg.
i'm starting clen tomorrow ( 120mcg e/d ) and was wondering what the amount was in comparison to mg's.
also i should only stay on the clen for 3 weeks at a time, right? because thats what i've been told.

1,000mcg in a mg. That shows you how low dosed and therefore dangerously easy to overdose it is huh? Keep it in mind.

since 1000mcg=1mg..youd think that an extra 20mcgs of clen wouldnt make a big difference in sides...WRONG!!!
