i am going to use IGF-1LR3 40mcg/ED + 10IU slin PWO ED.
I want to inject into the trained muscle, but do i need to inject for example both biceps after a workout? or 1 time in the left arm and another in the right?
Some advise would be great.

IMO, due to the localized growth with the IGF, it would be best to inject the igf evenly to ensure you wont have asymetrical growth. Maybe there wouldnt be a difference, but I wouldn't take the chance. As for the slin, I dont think it matters to be even (both traned muscles).
20mcg of IGF and 5 ius of slin in two pins... that way it is spaced evenly.
I've onlt used quad shots and haven't seen my quads grow any more because of them. I did all quad shots on my forst run and gained a half icn on my arms.

Let me add if you have a lacking muscle in a muscle group it may help to inject into that muscle. The reason for doing shot injection with hIGF-1 was because it would be bound by IGF-1 binding proteins that would keep in the injected muscle group, but that's not the case with LR3 IGF-1

So youre saying that IFG-1 RL3 is not good for site specific growth? I thought it was![]()
igf-1LR3 causes absolutely NO localized mucle growth at all!
rIGF-1 causes unbelievable localized growth!
I dont think this is correct. Ive read many posts in here about experiences in localized growth using lr3.Originally Posted by angelxterminator
