but if you wait it took my test till wk 6 to kick in.
for me it's 4 weeks +
my first cycle was just 250mg of test e a week over 10 weeks....my bench went up like 100lbs, and i went from 181 to 210, but diet was a key part

the strength increases probably won't come around until after the third week starts, give or take a day or two. that, in combination with your diet, will having you putting on massive gains. you, yourself, should notice an increase in size at one month, but a lot of other people might take notice after the second or third week.Originally Posted by GrimmReaper

If your training and nutrition are 100%, I say you will start to see gains the beginning of the 3rd week.
I'd bump the deca to 300-400mg ew. 250mg is too low, IMO, unless you're running it for your joints.
curious about this, because i thought deca was good for water retention, which should be fine on your joints, as least when you compare it to something like winny. and if that's the case, toxicity levels aside, is there any reason why he shouldn't be running it at 300-400mg/week?Originally Posted by ODC0717

I totally agree. 250 a week isnt quite enought. I would run at least 400 but probably more like 5-600. If you just have those two things and cant get any test then I would think you would start to see some results by around week three as well. Nutrition and training has to be perfect. This kind of post always amuses me...first a young guy get's unpatient and does not want to wait for results to come, so they jump on the souce...then they get unpatient while on the juice...first train clean for 2-3 years then use gear...and doesn't anyone research anything anymore...if this is your second cycle i would think you would know how long it takes to get results from these items they are both long lasting esters so it will take a bit of time...as for doses, i run lots of cycles and can tell you that even my 5th cycle i only took Sust250 every 4 days and deca at 200mg/week and with right training and diet i gained muscle...so let's stop telling people to increase the dosages and start telling them to improve their training and eating...fak i am clean right now and with proper training i am gaining weight, slowely but surely...here is my rant for the day...XXL
