I'm currently having a can a tuna with full fat mayo.
I do chicken, veges, brown rice. About 1 hour before WO.
Just a regular pro/fat meal like grounded turkey and flax seed oil, etc.
Right now, sh*t, whatever I want.
Pizza, taquitos, chips, grits, cereal, etc.
I'm bulkin'...............

Where are the carbs bro? The three best times of the day to ingest carbs are early morning, pre and postWO. Go with complex, maybe whole wheat toast with the tuna, depends a little on your goals.Originally Posted by smegs
