Iam planning to start a cycle after 15days-I am 82Kg Good experiance at weights but i stop to train before 5 months because i make surgery to my hands (tendoms)

1W= 1t/d Anadrol50-750mg Sustanon-100mg Deca
2W= 1t/d Anadrol50-500mg Sustanon-100mg Deca
3W= 1t/d Anadrol50-500mg Sustanon-300mg Deca
4W= 1t/d Anadrol50-250mg Sustanon-400mg Deca
5W= 400mg Deca-50mg/EOD Winstrol-100mg Primobolan
6W= 300mg Deca-50mg/EOD Winstrol-200mg Primobolan
7W= 200mg Deca-50mg/EOD Winstrol-300mg Primobolan
8W= 100mg Deca-50mg/EOD Winstrol-200mg Primobolan
9W= xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
PST/10W= 100mg/d Clomid- 1amp/w HCG
PST/11W= 5Omg/d Clomid- 1amp/w HCG
PST/12W= 50mg/d Clomid

1W-1OW = 10mg/d Nolvadex

What is your opinions and what you prefer Sustanon250 or Primoteston.

Why are you pyramiding the Deca and the Sust, that will screw up your levels big time. You also need to run the cycle from ten to twelve weeks. I would also dump the Anadrol and change it to Dbol, also if this is your first cycle I would dump the Winny as well. So I would do

Wk 1-12 Sust - 500mg per week has to be shot EOD so split it up
Wk 1-11 Deca - 300mg per week 150 twice a week
wk 1-5 DBol - 30 mg ED

PST to start 18 days after last Sust shot

Day 1 300mg Clomid
Day 2-11 100mg Clomid
Day 12-31 50mg Clomid

Day1-31 20mg Nolvadex

If you do HCG it should be done during the cycle and NOT during PCT. If this is your first cycle you dont need HCG at all.

Bro, thats not a well planned cycle. You should do some more research first. Go with Seans advice, he's correct in everything he said. Dont pyramid anything either. Winny should be run 50mg ED and your primo doses are way too low and not being run long enough either. Primo should be at least 500 mg/wk. If youre going to use primo make sure you use it correctly otherwise youre just wasting your cash and primo isnt cheap!! Like Sean said if this is your first cycle, forget about the winny and primo this time.
