Quad Injection

I was wonder what the best place on the quad was to inject, and how far should I go into the muscle?? Thanks guys.

Go deep into the muscle tissue...When I do quads I always ingect on the side of my quad cuz I always hit nerves. You just half to find that "sweet spot" with your body. Never forget to aspirate. You need to go to www.spotinjections.com or this site to check proper ways to inject. GOOD LUCK BRO!

I like to use the top of the quad, slightly to the outside...I go 1" to 1.25" in...don't forget to aspirate.

Use a 1" pin unless you have large quads or are fat. All the way in. I use 1.5" and stick it all the way. Most use 1" though which is just fine.
