    Quad Injection

    I was wonder what the best place on the quad was to inject, and how far should I go into the muscle?? Thanks guys.

    Go deep into the muscle tissue...When I do quads I always ingect on the side of my quad cuz I always hit nerves. You just half to find that "sweet spot" with your body. Never forget to aspirate.     I like to use the top of the quad, slightly to the outside...I go 1" to 1.25" in...don't forget to aspirate.

    Use a 1" pin unless you have large quads or are fat. All the way in. I use 1.5" and stick it all the way. Most use 1" though which is just fine.
