Just picked up some from Rite Aid. What is the proper daily dosage for Milk Thistle while 'on' ? Test E + Winstrol

4:1 ratio is the strength of the pill, it is the strongest..you can get some at wallmart

As for dosage I have heard that 200-350 mgs 2x a day is plenty, could be wrong though.

i take milk thistle when on d/bol i run it at 750mg per day and i take it 3 time's per day
