Hay,, with the pro/fat and carb/fat thing I was wondering if you could clear something up for me. when would the carbs from one meal be out or metabolised by the body, say if you eat every 2 hours you’ve just had 2 card/pro, meals every second hour, then the next 2 hours pass and you have pro/fat will the carbs be out of your system or not, making the pro/fat realty pro/fat/carb/ Or meaning that you the pro/fat could be just protein say a shake because of the Previous 2 carb meals i think thats Understandable thanks.
