    What's your downfall?

    Me, I don't drink much, don't do recreational drugs. I drink a lot of coffee, sometimes 5-6 cups a day. I know it's bad, but I could be doing worse things...
    What's your downfall or addiction that messes with your training?

    I used to have a bad habit with marijuana which messed with my training but I got over it.

    Not really an addiction, but just a fact of life, i work 14 hours a day, that combined with working out and socialising gives me little time to myself. Downfalls, well i guess i can be arrogant, and im very honest -which sometimes gets me in trouble, i say it how it is.

    Yes, the chicks mess up my training real good. I try to stay single for a while to make gains, then let them screw me up again for a little while.

    I used to drink and party every weekend thurs-saturday. I stayed clean 12 weeks and got much better results then being hung over and tired and going to train. Being clean is definately the way for me to gain.

    It was cigarettes, but I haven't smoked in 13 days. So assuming I get over that, it is dieting. I can bulk no problem. I love eating. I can 8k calories a day no problem as long as my wallet will let me. However dieting down. Forget about it. I am addicted to eating.

    actually bro their are studies coming out that show drinking coffee decrease your chance of gettng certain types of cancer.

    My down fall is women....sometimes (very rarley) I pick sex over lifting.

    Coca Cola, Miss Vickies (or Cape Cod) chips and worst of all, Ben'n'Jerry's "Cherry Garcia" ice cream.

    Of course on a positive spin, if those are my worst addiction problems... I'm not in too much trouble.

    don't drink, don't smoke....i like Hersheys chocolate and have a weakness for cheeseburgers now and then. Still manage to stay around 12% year round with no probs and can easily get below 10% for summer, even with my weakness.

    I like the sounds of that..problem is, there is a new study everyday claiming some new breakthrough. I don't know what to believe anymore.
    I think I will just listen to what I want to hear.

    yeah the study was on 4-5 cups a week, the anti-oxidants in coffee are some of the same found in broccoli and tomatos.

    Sticking to a diet can be hard for me at times, I can admit it.....this goes mainly with cutting, during bulking I avoid junk food pretty well actually. Its just that whenver I'm out with people and they are like "Hey, lets get something to eat" and we end up in a burger joint of some kind I can't help but have a big peice of meat and some fries, its my favorite meal in the world I swear........it doesn't get to the point that it ruins me, but I can tell it would have a negative impact on the results I was going for. I'm having to start up a new diet in April because I didn't get lean enough on my last one, so I just sort of lean bulked for a while having never really lost all the fat I wanted to originally, even though for a while I thought I was satisfied.......This time I can hopefully avoid all that well enough to get myself just absolutely ripped up and hard looking, like one of those muscle magazine cover models......its no longer enough for me to just have a 6 pack.

    eating.. everytime i go over to a friends or hang out with my friends they always go somewhere to eat.. and i'm usually hungry.. so i end up eating fast food or eating candy or something...

    My downfalls come with my love for party's with drinking and use to do meds like xanex and perks but I'm trying to stop that ****.
