im currently 235 coming off a shoulder injury...im tryin to bulk back up and start a cycle in about 5 wks....my cycle is
1000mgs of cyp for 12 wks
100mgs tren ed wks 1-7
75mgs winny ed wks 8-14...my question is how long should i try and bulk for before i start tryin to shread up...i wanna be in prime shape by memorial day wkd????any suggestions??? im thinkin bulk for the next 10 wks then shread for the last 5 or so...
