Winstrol question

Hi, a buddy of mine has to take a drug test for work(i think the fire department) and he said they take hair samples... Will winstrol show up on the test, do they usually check for steroids?

and also, if it does when would be the best time to start and finish a cycle if he has to start the department at the end of the year?

as far as testing for steroids it is very expensive so i wouldnt suspect them to do that. Also if he is on a low dose it could be hard to tell for sure anyways. when to start and finish ill leave that for some one with a little more insight
