tren won't make you hold water, but the sust will with the long esters. test prop would be a better choice. tren raised my body temp a little, but it's not a pronounced fat burner like clen, ephedra or T-3. winny's not a fat burner either.
could i stack prop with what i'm taking now to hold down any water i might hold from the sust, if so when should i take it and how much
i'm in the middle of my second week
replace the sust with prop, don't add it. don't use sust. adex/letro works good for holding off water.

it's not. that's one of the worst myths ever said on here. 10 min on the treadmill won't do much for you for fat burning. you need to do at least 20 minutes at 65-70% of your target heart rate (THR) i do 30-45 minutes at least 4-5 days a week, even while trying to bulk. it won't hurt your gains. it will help get rid of any fat and water that the gear might put on you. plus it keeps your heart in good condition. a lot of people stop cardio while bulking. that's the worst thing you can do. all the excessive weight you put on puts a huge load on your heart. cardio will keep your heart healthy to deal with that, and also help reduce or eliminate any fat you might have added.Originally Posted by yungrican9

if you're trying to loose fat and keep your muscle, drop the cals to about 2500, but up your protein to 300-350g's per day. you need massive amounts of protein to prevent muscle loss. lowering your calories is the only way to loose weight. at the end of the day, the amount of calories you burn off (cardio, lifting) has to be higher than the number of calories you took in in order to loose weight.Originally Posted by yungrican9

The Tren has leaned me out a lot. I have been eating clean hitting the protein hard keeping the calories slightly above maintenance and the fat has come off quickly. All this while adding nice size and strength.
The sides on Tren are and can be intense. Shoot ED to reduce.
