I have used it a few times and I loved it. You can inject it into a capsule, but I just squirted it down the back of my throat and washed it down with water immediately. I don't think that you should have to let it dissolve under toung, it is already a liquid. Plus I have heard that it can stain your teeth. I don't know if it will, but I don't want to find out.

Ahh yes, Ref-b is Da Bomb! Just squirt it in your mouth & wash it down. (it does taste like ass, not that I would know what that taste like.) Stuff works great.
