Popped a blood vessel in my calf

I"m taking testcype with winy and hgh, and this morning I woke up with a huge bruise on my calf muscle as if I popped a blood vessel.. has this happned to anyone is this normal or what?

were you injecting into your calf?

no that's the thing I didnt inject in my calf..
I had some vericos veins there but I mean, whenI woke up it was swollen and bruised like a vessel bursted.. kind of scary
