Gyno....Please HELP

I have Gyno . I have a lump under my nipple, and when I squeeze my nipples, fluid comes out. The lump is the size of a little rock.

I have friend that bodybuilds and he has told me to get Arimadex to make it go away.

Could you guys give me some help on this one.

i'd say go c a doc u prolly gonna have to get it removed, u can try the pills but if it goes away it'll prolly come back especially if u juice again
