needle to big or small?

use smaller needles for smaller muscle groups (bicep,tricep) bigger needles for quads

i use 22 1.5 for glutes,quads,chest,and delts. works great for me but if you are of a smaller physique i would suggest a smaller needle size...probably a 23 or 25 gauge.

that needle is fine for the glute... use a 1 inch for delts...

Agreed. Or, I use a 24 1" for quads, delts, etc. The 1.5 is for glutes only for me.

Dude you can use 25 gauge 1" for everything. Draw with a bigger needle than switch over to the 25gauge 1"
