since this is in a spray bottle. The concentration is 200mcg / ml. How many pumps or squirts equals 200mcg or one ml????

1 pump = 20 mcg
10 pumps = 200 mcg
This is what I was told when I started my cycle. To be on safe side, you could always check with AR-R forum.

Yes, shake the hell out of it. Shake ALL AR products. 1 pump is about .1cc so 1 pump is about 20mcg. For more accurate dosing, use a syringe. I find the pump pretty handy, myself.

There are other sources of liquid research chems that don't require shaking, but they taste horrible. AR stuff does settle, but it doesn't taste so disgusting. I prefer AR's way, myself.

Agreed... a little shaking to make it taste 50 times better is worth it in my opinion.
