I take between 4 and 6 a day
i have all meals pro.crb cept last meal...i get 2tblspoons olive...2tbls flax...and a small piece of animal fat for the saturated fats....
1 Tbls should meet your daily Omega-3 requirements. As Iron said just make sure you try and replace all fats with good fats and reduce the amount of sat fats.

Carb days I take 1 tbsp flax and 1 tbsp olive oil. No carb days, it's 2 tbsp flax and 2 tbsp olive oil.
i take one tablespoon three times a day with some kind of protein(Pro Complex or Chicken breast)
i take down around 3-5 depends if eat red meat or salmon or if i have any all natty PB
do you take the seeds or oil as the flaxseeds are way much cheaper
anyone know how many ml's there are in one table spoon?
I usually take between 3-6 capsules a day
2 tbs a day is more then enough.
