I'm in my 7th week of Test E & Deca.
Tonight after my abs workout I bent over to pick up a plate and my abs cramped up. It was only on the right side. I immediately had to sit down, it hurt like a mofo. The cramp lasted about 2 minutes. I was rubbing it and holding my stomach with a pained look on my face and a few people were giving me funny looks.The good news is that I got one heck of a ab workout on the right side. It is still sore.

The last time I had this it was caused by a hefty dose of anavar. Since then I have been using taurine and electrolytes in the form of a water soluable powder called "Emergen-C." I drink within a few ounces (plus or minus) of a gallon of water a day.
Any suggestions as to why I'm getting this and how to combat the cramps?


The good news is that I got one heck of a ab workout on the right side. It is still sore.
