yes. split in to equal doses through out the day

2 doses split evenly during the day. Mine are usually timed about 12 hours apart.

T3 has a half life of about 24 hours, so you can get away with one dose a day. However the usual rule of thumb to keep medication levels fairly steady is take a proportional dose every half of the half life i.e. every 12 hours in the case of T3.
