    CRYSTAL LIGHT or WATER

    Hello everyone

    can someone tell me if drinking crystal light on water is as healty as drinking only water can I drink all the crystal light I want or its better drink water

    drink crystal light man its just like drinking flavored water in my opinion so its pretty much the same.

    I drink 2 gallons of the stuff myself per day, or sugar free grape kool aid.
