HCG and test 250ml a week?

Just curious what dosages of HCG would I take if I run only 250mg of test a week? I was told 250 IU the day before the test and 250 IU the day after the test....is this BS? Don’t want to waste my time or money. Thought you only need HCG if on high dosages of test.

If you want to run HCG throughout cycle then 500iu twice a week is a popular dose. Some just run it after cycle and before pct at 500iu per day for 14 days or similar.

250 b4 test & 250 after test shot is bs do a simple search on hcg & choose the best way for u

I agree here, but I don't think you need to start HCG until the 4th week or so.. Or until you get some atrophy in your baby boys

250ius/E4D IMO. HCG is great for testicular size/function.
