Hey guys got a question on my training.
Basically ive got to a point where im happy with my size, its just my arms that lag behind.
Im doing a PULL,Push, Legs routine. 1 exercise per body part 1-2 sets to failure or close to.
Im 6'2 240lbs a 48" chest, 30" quads, 19" calves and 16" arms i know there is a big imbalance, but what should i do to correct it.
Ive never really repsonded to volume training, thats why low volume is what i do, which has worked well but the arms just refuse to budge.
Any ideas?
