I havnet done them in awhile. Do them mainly for shoulders. May start doin em again, they totally destroy ur shoulders.
They are the key to my success.........dont do em all the time though,mix it up a bit.....rest pause is also good.I love drop sets when im full of juice....amazing pumps!!

Try doing them when you do legs...i do hack squats(kg's>>>>) 160,120,80 then 40 each one to failure.........believe me if you do that for 6 weeks your legs will explode
i love doing them i do them once a month on each muscle group, i love doing them on leg exstension really really burns the quads
i normally do straight heavy sets but every now and then i do drop sets or restpause sets man i love those the most. but yeah you really get that burning pump when you drop set or do a restpause set. its actually kinda painful to me. does it hurt to any of you other guys?
I've been doing POWER DOUBLE DROP SETS on the IRON MAN "HIT" cutting phase and the pump is stupid..LOVE'EM!!
I use 'em on everybodypart.
Before i entered this strength phase i'm in my coach had me do em on every working set.
I'm a big fan of em
I've worked them in to my workouts to hit one body part each month just to shake things up.

Drop sets on dips will pump your chest and tris to a whole new level of pain
Now usually bodybuilding.com is full of sh1t, but this time it comes out on tops with these different methods for drop sets...take a look

only do em for big body parts..
Since dropsets are ideal for building mass, would it make any sense to do a dropset for at least 1 lift per body part each week?
For example, on Chest/Tri day do your regular workout, but instead of 3x10 for bench (or incline, or flyes, whichever you prefer) do a dropset. And then pick one lift for tris and do a dropset. Then the following week, pick a different lift to perform a dropset on? Or should dropsets be kept to 1x per month?
