hiya bro's, have been setting up a new training scheme, and i must say, i broke my head on it quite a bit
Any comments or advice on it ? thanx
Day1: Bi's / Forearms
Day2: Back / Abs
Day3: off (cardio)
Day4: Chest / Tri's
Day5: Shoulders / Abs
Day6: Legs
Some comments; I thought of doing Back on day two, so my arms will be quite stiff and i wont be able to do cheating on the back-workout.
I also splitted arms-workout because i cant get the max out of doing bi's and tri's on the same day...
More details about excercises and so is coming, i'm working on it right now
