Question about: Decabol 250 Durabol 100

What is the difference and what could I expect from each?
They are both British Dragon products.

Decabol 250 (Nandrolone / Nor-testosterone (as undecanoate)
Durabol 100 (nandrolone-phenylpropionate)

I am thinking of running one of these 2 with Test E.

This will be my 3rd cycle.
1st-Sustanon 250, Dianabol - Gained 30lbs in 12 weeks- lost 10post cycle
2nd-Test E & Boldabol (Equipoise) Only gained about 10-15lbs in 12 weeks

started at 150lbs 5 yrs ago, currently 185lbs

Anyone used either of these?

I may just go back with:
wk 1-12 Test E 500/wk
wk 1-4 Test Prop 100mg/eod
wk 1-12 EQ 600/wk

both r nandrolones but with different esters which leads 2 fast or slow gains decanoat esters has a long half life & needs 2 b shoot twice ew while pp needs 2 be shoot ed or eod & causes less water rentation than the first ester decanoat so ur goal will help u 2 decide
