running testE for 4 weeks is the most assanine thing you can do.. the gains u get are purely water.. and it doesnt really kick in till week 5 since it is a longer estered compound.
anyways save ur money and do it right or dont do it at all.

I agree that its better to run longer, but still gains can be made on 4-weeks cycles. Lets say he gained 5 pounds, thats probaly more or exactly as much as an advanced natrual trainer could gain in an entire year.Originally Posted by taiboxa
