    Smile Front Double Bicep Picture

    currently 19 yrs old. was 18 when this pic was taken coming off of a bulking cycle. i have never done any anabolics.

    comments and critique are welcome, have a good weekend guys

    what did your bulk cycle consist of? you look like a thick kid but you got some soft muscles looks good though

    So this was after your bulk cycle, and you've never done any AAS???

    Was it a buffet bulk cycle?

    Ahhh yes i knew it!
    I've had some runs with bulking diets as well. Then I get pissed off when I get to fat then I cut, then I feel small then I bulk again.

    The cycle continues.

    Well you have a nice pair of sunglasses. That's about all I can tell from the pic. Your bodyfat seems to be fairly high, prolly around 25% or so. Try to cut down now and keep trianing naturally for a while. You will make good progress, you have good size to begin with.
