I am starting my bulk in a few weeks, but my strength suffered a little during my cut. i kept my cals about 350 below maintanence, did cardio bout 5 times a week a.m. on empty, but i still suffered some strength loss. i got to thinking, is this because my carbs were obviously lower during my cut? or is it just that i'm not full fueled during my cut? because during my bulk im up about 5-600 cals over maintanence (clean).....
