i have 7wks left until my 1st competition i droped about 18lbs so far... i need help loosing that final fat around my lower abs & lower back i'm struggling with that part! any suggestions?? i'm taken phera plex rite now just to get the last bit of muscle on me.. my current weight is about 176lbs i think my b/f is about 9%... do u guys think i should add in a eca stack? & when would i start? my diet is very clean usually about 2 cheat meals a week
