I've done 3cc in the quads and glutes before and reckon I can safely put 3cc in my tris, I realise it is different for different people depending on their muscle size but if you were going to be shooting 3cc ed where would you favour?

what are you doing that takes 3cc a day. If you have big lats you can hit there
Ive put 3ml in my delts without any probs.
I have shot that much in my shoulders quads and glutes with no problem.
I can get 3 cc in my pecs
Quads, delts, bi's, tri's
