Hey guys, i've only done shots in my glutes, but i'm reading that all y'all are shooting in quads, delts, even CHEST. I thought the best place to shoot was the glutes but now i'm not sure, would you guys recommend shooting everywhere, alternating i mean. And also, will you get more gains where you shoot? If i'm shooting my ass will my ass get bigger than arms, for example?![]()
