    im going to start my first cycle can any one hep me on what i should use??

    You will do whatever it takes huh? Well then let me be the first to tell you; eat right, train right, sleep right. Doing those three things you'll get big, save a cycle for later. By the pic, looks like you have alot of room to grow naturally.

    Keep up the gym, UP your calories, protein, and car intake and stay in the gym until bout 2 years or so. By the way guys, he's been lifting for only 4 months.

    Yep, he doesn't have a bad base to start from. Sooner than later he'll be ready for that first cycle.

    Oh and as for that first cycle, I along with many others recommend the following:


    Testosterone Enanthate 500mg a week for 12 weeks followed by PCT

    i think you should be more concerned about your diet and training routine than taking gear right now. if you train hard and eat right you will make impressive gains. hold off on the gear for a while bro

    Buddy your looking in the wrong direction,lots of food and hard training is the way to go.

    honestly you go on a freak training regiment for 10 weeks get at least 200g protein and 3000 cals and train 5 times a week, no fast food no alcohol. I give you my personal word you will gain 15lbs if you dont cheat. thats just in 10 weeks, do what ever it takes well try this.
