proper way to get a source check

i need a source check but need to know the right way to bo about it. help.

so thats why i can't pm a mod right every time i try it says i don't have access to this yet. so i have two questions. how do i get a source check and second when a site shows up as an official supplier of BD does that mean it's a legit site

even an email addy...
