Knot in glute from injection 5 days ago

I have a sore spot in my right glute from where I injected 250mg of test cyp, 5 days ago. I have only been rotating my left and right glutes, no other bodypart, for my shots which are 250mg twice a week. It is a spot the size of maybe a tennis ball but, not exactly round. I can feel the soreness more when I flex my glute, its pretty deep in there it feels. Could this be from injecting then doing squats and such? Not sure if its a big deal or not cause I have had lil lumps and soreness from other injections but, they all were smaller and went away by the 4th or 5th day.

right now also,and never had this.
If its the size of a tennis ball, thats
pretty big bro. Sounds like its deep
enough in the muscle, so I dont think
its sitting in a between muscle and fat.

Maybe squatting did something, but I
dont think so. Many guys shoot and
then train, I have.

..so Im stumped. Rub it around
a little. after each shot, i spend
about 10 min rubbing it in..no pain.

I took a hot shower afterwards and rubbed it but, I walked on it right afterwards and almost immediatley trained legs after that. I know where to aim at, I think he just made a mistake.

after 5 days, it sounds too big IMO
I shoot cyp also,and take it slow,but
never a lump,or anything dramatic.

If your shooting each ass cheek once
a week, are you hitting the same spots
each time?

Its actually hard to guage the size of it because it is so deep in my glute. its sore about 2 inches in diameter and sorest right in the middle. I can feel it when I sit down. Rubbing it is sore but, feels kinda good at the same time.

Yea, not the exact same place but yes, I shoot each glute once a week.

Use a pin cap as a depth guage.
Trim about ~.5" off,and whammo
you wont go too deep. trim cap
place over pin again,and insert
aspirate,inject,done.The cap will
keep the pin from going too deep.

well I scheduled to swee a doc tomorrow, so he can check it out. at first he said I would need surgery if it was an abcecss but, I told him I wasnt sure cause im not a doc.

I am a wuss, I don't use the injected muscle for quite some time after injecting. I can only say from my own experience, that my ass would Knot like that if I put my weight on that leg within two minutes after shot. It would not last for five days, but that b!tch would be a full on charlie horse for at least a day. And you not only walked on it right away, you trained it. I hope this helped, I cant say I would go to the doc, but you should know if you have to go or not.

went to doc this morning, told him I was shootin B12, he said it has not created an infection yet, and if it gets worse to come back. He gave me some......celebrex..?? I guess its an NSAI. he thinks my sciatic was hit possibly (woo hoo). So I guess Im not gonna have to have my ass amputated after all.

not intentionally!!, my buddy ****ed up and I will make sure he doesnt go that close again. I cant feel when he injects so I didnt know. he probly did it when he pulled my skin apart, somehow. The doc even told me where to shoot from now on.
