    research chemicals,AR-Research.com

    my cialis from anabolic review-research.com, or lion nutrition or whatever has just arrived and i was wondering about how many squirts from the bottle does it take to get to 1ml (30mg). this will be my first time using it and i want to use about 10mg. does anyone know how many squirts i should do?

    10 squirts = 1 ml (30mg)
    10mg is the standard dose, if that doesn't work, you can work your way up to 20mg.
    10mg= 3-4 squirts (3.3 squirts to be exact)
