    Stretch Marks

My skin stays very tight to my body, which is great when i cut down (my skin doesn't get loose are hang at all)

the only drawback is i get stretch marks (especially from my outter chest, through my armpit and onto my bi)

i thought you usually got them if you grow too fast, i'm not that big of a guy
    ( 190 pounds about 16% body fat)

is there anything i can do for this? Creams, lotions, supplements.
sometimes i even very small ones during a workout.

    Thanks
    Sal

its going to take time, weeks and weeks before you see results. be patient and keep applying

Im totally serious..I can already see them fading a tad bit. No joke..maybe they fade naturally and brighten day to day..but they have def. faded since I started it.

I have some on my back and I tried Mederma for 6 months straight with no luck. I'm sure if that didn't phase them, vit e and cocoa butter won't do a damn thing

  23. #23
yup..ur right. If maderma doesnt work for me...nuthins gonna work

If your aren't too old, it wouldn't hurt to use everything you can. The ones I was trying to get rid of are around 10 years old. I really didn't think mederma would do much.

They take preventative measures such as keeping the skin well hydrated with good lotions. i.e. cocoa butter, vitamin e. One good lotion to use is Aveeno. Very rich in nutrients.

Avenge Seven, yours should come out great as they are still fairly young.

Just be quicker to wipe up the mess after you spank it - that shit will dry the crap out of your skin.

    Sorry, couldn't resist.

Seriously - lots more water, if it hasn't already been said.

Mederma/cocoa butter has actually worked for me quite nicely. They are stilll there but MUCH less noticeable. They have brightened a tad bit lately cuz Ive gotten a lil lazy. Apply 3-4 times a day and started seeing GOOD results within a month.

I keep stretching the same dam* stretch marks. One is from my right pec to half of my bicep. They have a blue'sh tint to them, and they hurt like hell. I've tried vit-e/and cocca butter and nothing worked for me. Is there any other alternatives besides mederma? (Going to buy some)

best advice is to keep putting on the vitamin e , it takes at least a year to see real good results,

I've tried the stuff for about 2-3 months and really couldn't tell the difference. If you think I should try it for about a year, I guess I should buy more vit-e. (might as well give it a try) Thanks.
