    Sore muscles.

Not sure if this is a recovery question or workout, sorry if in wrong forum.

I have worked out for probably about 15 years. I have always felt that if I am not sore in the muscles I worked the day before (on cycle or not) that I didn't do enough.

Does anyone really think that you need to be sore? Is it really an indication that you worked them hard enough?

I have always done it this way, but is it a true measure?

    Thank you for any imput.

Some days I get it some days I dont. I wouldnt be overly concerned with it. If you arent gettin sore anymore try switching up your routine a bit. If you try a brand new excercise odds are you will be sore...or if you up the intensity in some way (shorter rest between sets, more explosive faster reps, higher weight etc). This should help out. But like I said this isnt something to get overly concerned with, I dont think anyone is sore every single time.

your not going to be sore after every work out thats just the way it is.i beleive if your not sore the next dayyuo didint work them out hard enough. you need to break down the muscle in order for it to grow.you will still gain but when your sore you no yuo had a good work out. and im sure you will see better gains if your doing every thing right. diet ect. maybe change your routine
