When you go to post a new thread, click on Manage Attachments on the lower part of the posting window. A new window will open up and you click on Browse to look for the pick you want to post. Once you select it, click on the Upload button and it will upload to your post. Then close the window once it uploads.

also you might want to save your pics as "jpeg" so you can upload the largest amount of the pics...please no small pics
