Need Help with definition and bigger arms/abs

Anyone have thoughts onto how to get definition when the bulking is complete? I have packed pounds but I have no definition. I don't want to do cardio to cut down fat or I may loose my gains. Any thoughts?
Also, my arms have muscles but they are still skinny. I am 187 lbs right now but my ideal weight is 200 lbs. I am getting there but slowly and my arms are really skinny. My abs are not getting much definition either.
    Thanks.

Judging by the questions asked....you do not know the basics and have a lot of reading to do. The best response anyone on this board can give you is to READ and RESEARCH as much as you can on training and nutrition. Also, you may want to post your workout routine and some more details about yourself and your diet.

Follow the advice of catabolic kid. How to get definition after bulking is through strict dieting and intense training, which will include cardio.

bulk then cut.. but ur probably realitively new w/ a question like that which means if u you do you research get your shyt together you can most likely do both at same time.. after you become experienced it will be more difficult and you will have to first bulk then cut.

as far as arm size goes i have found less is more for arm growth and deads/rows/presses will put on most mass not so much curls/tri'extn
